How long does processing take?
Since every Veiled Heart is custom-made with your personal photo, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to precision-engrave your stone and assemble your jewelry. Once it passes our quality check, it is immediately handed over to the carrier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we begin the custom engraving process shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we have likely already begun crafting your unique stone.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. If your piece arrives damaged or if there is an error in your custom projection, please contact us immediately so we can make it right with a replacement or a refund.
